RESEARCH INTERESTS
Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS), metal and semiconductor clusters, nanosensors, nanoscience and technology with special emphasis on the electronic and optical properties of template-fabricated nanostructures and nanotubes, matrix isolation, and surface science. SERS is potentially the basis for an ultra-sensitive bio-sensing platform.
