RESEARCH INTERESTS
We are developing a broad class of optical and electronic (electrochemical) biosensors based on the binding-induced folding of proteins, peptides and DNA. These sensors are sensitive (to femtomolar), specific, rapid (minutes) and selective enough to deploy directly in serum, foodstuffs and other grossly contaminated materials.
