RESEARCH INTERESTS
Combination of organic, biological, and materials chemistry to make new polymeric systems of controlled molecular and supramolecular architectures. Investigation of artificial proteins made by expression of artificial genes in microbial cells, artificial amino acids to engineer proteins with useful properties, and novel methods of biological imaging and proteome-wide investigation of cellular processes.
