The Institute for Collaborative Biotechnologies (ICB) is led by the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and partners from the Army and industry. ICB research is conducted in state-of-the-art laboratories from a wide range of departments at all three universities.
